Forewarning
According to B/L, container number, vessel and voyage, the system will return the data once every 10 minutes from EDI data of Port authority, Customs.
Wharf data will be integrated into business system, the new business status of each ticket can be update actual time, and shared with clients.
According to the returned data, the system can automatically generate the forewarning regulations, such as：the system will automatically check the discharged information 24 hours before the ship leaves the port, and if there is no discharged information the system will launch the forewarning.
Return to custom clearance status
Fully display the corporate synergy function of the customs, and connect the customs clearance data of huizhida logistics management system with the EDI system of the customs.
System every 10 minutes to return once the latest customs clearance status, such as: customs examination of documents, the order status, such as customs clearance after the release, can be the final declaration data written to the system, ensure the accuracy of the information system
System will automatically keep customer declaration information, save the final declaration data, such as declaration elements, to realize automatic data archive, customers can print documents such as customs declaration at any time by the client.
